When a new family comes to visit I give them a portfolio to look through which amongst other things contains full copies of all my policies. I think it is important to have a series of policies in place as this gives parents an understanding of how I run my setting and how I will care for their child. Families are given full copies of my policies upon placement commencing.
My policies are working documents; therefore I review them regularly and may amend them at any time.
An overview of the policies I have implemented are below:
| Settling In | Care, Learning and Play |
| Working in Partnership with Parents | Safeguarding Child |
| Safe Care for Children | Other Adults In The House |
